Shipping policy

We ship across the United States and Canada.

Rates. Because each piece is solid, hand-turned hardwood, shipping is a flat rate based on the item's weight, calculated automatically at checkout no surprises.

Duties & taxes. Orders shipped within the United States are not subject to any import duties or customs fees. Orders to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or carrier handling fees on arrival; these are set by customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Packing & tracking. Every order is carefully packed to protect the wood in transit and shipped with tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way. 

Damaged in transit? In the rare case a piece arrives damaged, email support@tagdaraho.us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
