Refund policy

Every Tagda Raho piece is handcrafted from solid wood, so all sales are final we don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged on arrival. We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your order arrives damaged, email support@tagdaraho.us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement.

Natural variation. Because each piece is hand-made from natural wood, slight variations in grain, colour, weight, and finish are expected they're the mark of a genuine handcrafted product, not defects.
