Frequently asked questions

What does Tagda Raho USA offer?

We offer a complete fitness experience with traditional Indian equipment and online training programs, all designed to enhance strength, mobility, and overall wellness using ancient techniques + modern application.

What is refunds or replacements policy?

We do not offer refunds or replacements unless the equipment arrives damaged. If your order is damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Isn’t 2 kg (4 lbs) or 4 kg (9 lbs) too light to start?

Starting with 2 kg or 4 kg may seem light, but due to the unique weight distribution of Hanuman Gada, it's perfect for practising the movements taught in the course. Beginning with a lighter weight allows you to focus on learning proper form and technique, which is crucial for preventing injury. As you progress and build strength and confidence, you can gradually increase the weight to challenge yourself further.

Is it safe to do these exercises at home?

Yes, Hanuman Gada exercises are designed to be safe and effective for home workouts, even without supervision. Our comprehensive training program includes detailed instructional videos that guide you through each exercise, ensuring you perform them correctly and safely. By following our expert guidance, you can minimise the risk of injury and have a safe workout experience at home

What is the ideal weight of the equipment for me?

Beginners should start with a 2 kgs (4 lbs) or 4 kgs (9 lbs) Gada, as these weights provide the right balance between challenge and manageability. Unlike conventional weights such as dumbbells and barbells, the Gada has all its weight concentrated in the mace head rather than being evenly distributed. This unique weight distribution requires greater stability and control, making it more challenging to use. As you build strength and confidence, you can gradually increase the weight of the Gada.
